Organic Penne - Senatore Cappelli

Honest to Goodness Organic Penne is a tasty authentic Italian pasta made with the ancient grain Senatore Cappelli - an ancestor of the modern durum wheat. This penne has been bronze extruded and slow dried to bring you delicious natural pasta that cooks perfectly every time.
No added starch, vegetable gum or preservatives. Suitable for vegan diets.

How to use

Add pasta to plenty of boiling water with a little salt, cook uncovered for about 5-7 min or until pasta is ‘al dente’. 

Perfect for all your favourite pasta dishes, as well as in delicious soups and salads.

Growing and processing

This organic pasta has been slow dried at low temperature and bronze extruded providing a nutritious and tasty pasta that will retain pasta sauces.
