Simple banana bread
Why mess with a good thing?! This is our most basic banana bread recipe. Great for those littlies that may be a little fussy and don’t like ‘crunchy’ things in their banana bread. Made with a wholewheat flour to keep the fibre levels high and naturally sweetened with honey and a little coconut sugar, this banana bread is sure to keep the fussiest of eaters happy. Nut free and perfect for school lunch boxes.
Quick and easy to make. A great one for the kids to help with and enjoy for a quick, healthy snack.
Simply follow the recipe card provided and get baking! Or pop in the pantry and store until needed.
